Vancouver, British Columbia Stop Frocking: Start Living a Frock-alicious Life

    10:00 - 1:45 PM

Sol Sun Belt Cookery, 550 Denman Street, Vancouver, BC.

Hey you, yes you, it’s time to Frock Off!  We’ve all had imposter syndrome from time to time, such is life and business. How many times have you heard- fake it till you make it?  Faking it till you make it, is a frock that serves only to create conformity and a disconnect of epic proportion in your life and business. Although at times donning a frock out of fear, to protect a secret or because of shame may seem the only way; make no mistake, frocks impede who we really are.
