    Frock Off Cover

This workshop is designed with you in mind.

As Jo dissects the many frocks she wore during her  journey from poverty, neglect,  sexual assault to keep her safe you will dissect your own ill-serving frocks.

This workshop will expose the six most common ill-serving frocks.

Join Jo as she dissects the ill-serving frocks you may be donning! Once you have identified the frocks you will be equipped with tools to eliminate each frock.

Be forewarned this is a highly interactive workshop. And includes you taking the Frocklamation Declaration™ for each frock exposed.

You will leave this workshop inspired and committed to continuing the change.

Due to the highly interactive nature of the work shop pre-registration is required. There are limited seats so please secure you seat early to avoid disappointment.

Frock Off is a memoir about the power of blind optimism in the face of adversity, abject poverty, tragedy, neglect, rejection, assault and betrayal.
