Odette's first business, at the age of 27, started from a whim and grew into a seven-figure success story. Known as "The Queen of Impact", Odette has won numerous awards in the past 22 years in Academia and Business including Entrepreneur of the Year (1994), Stevie Award Women in Business-Female Entrepreneur of the Year (2015), and was nominated for the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur of the Year (2015 & 2016).
Odette’s mission is to eliminate fear in 1 million women around the world by 2020 so they can live their life with power and purpose, and without apology.
Odette has written two books, holds a black belt in karate and lives in Toronto, Canada with her two teenage daughters.
