EVERYTHING in this world is made of energy & vibrations, including our thoughts & emotions.

I was stuck in my "story". Born & raised in a 3rd world country; I experienced hunger, poverty & violence.

The nuns started my "intense training" of not being good enough, ridiculed & most importantly, not deserving.

I have shelves filled with self-help & spiritual books. I studied the work of many spiritual teachers past & present and took many workshops to no avail. Even being on Anti-depressants for over 37 yrs. didn’t help!

I reached the end of my rope. I had enough!

And so my transformation began, by consciously changing my thoughts & doing the work, my new journey began.

I've been medication free for almost 3 yrs., I am now in a position to inspire others re-discover the joy in their lives, empower them to achieve their goals, bring out the best in themselves & take charge of their lives!
